How to configure LAN Printer Setup With USB Format

NOTE : Lan printers should be installed in control panel (Laptop or Destop) as shown in the Image Below. (Refer Image 1)

In this above Image BILL Printer Ip address is 192.168.0.100 and KOT Printer Ip address is 192.168.0.101.

Step 1 – After printer installation in control panel

• Log in admin panel and go to printers
• Click on add new printer (Refer Image 1.1)

• Enter all the details as shown in Image below. (Refer Image 1.2)
• Here KOT Printer NAME and IP ADDRESS Should be match with Control Panel KOT Printer

• Name = KOT
• Time Out = 30 secs
• Characters = 300
• IP Address = 192.168.0.101
• Printer Type = LAN
• Printer Size = 58mm or 80mm (Depends Upon Printer)
• KDS = Yes (For Kitchen Display Screen to show all Items)
• Move categories from left to right to ensure that particular category is printed on that particular printer.
• Copy ON Field = Blank for now. (This Function is Used for Duplicate KOT on Another Printer).
• Click on Save button and click on OK Button to add Printer.

Step 2 – After Creating KOT Printer, Create new Bill Printer.

• Go to printer and click on bill printer beside KOT Printer.
• Click on add new printer. (Refer Image 1.3)

• Enter all the details as shown in Image below. (Refer Image 1.4)
• Here Bill Printer NAME and IP ADDRESS Should be match with Control Panel Bill Printer

• Name = Bill
• Time Out = 30 secs
• Characters = 300
• IP Address = 192.168.0.100
• Printer Type = LAN
• Printer Size = 58mm or 80mm (Depends Upon Printer)
• Move Sections from left to right to ensure that particular Section is printed on that particular printer.
• Click on Save button and click on OK Button to add Printer.

Step 3 – After creating both KOT and Bill Printers

• Go to restaurant information
• Click on printer configuration
• Enter all the details as shown in image below. (Refer Image 1.5)

• Ip Address = 0.0.0.0
• Printer Type = LAN
• Kitchen Ip Address = 0.0.00
• Counter Printer Name Check Box = Checked (Same Name As Bill Printer in Control Panel)
• Kitchen Printer Name Check Box = Checked (Same Name as KOT Printer in Control Panel)

Step 4 – After all the above steps re-login the desktop app once.
